Case StudyPreparing Nuclivision for commercial growth across Europe

As Nuclivision prepared to commercialise its AI platform for nuclear medicine, it needed experienced regional leaders capable of introducing a new technology into one of healthcare's most specialist imaging markets.

Building on a long-standing relationship, Wenham Carter partnered with the business to establish its first commercial leadership team across Europe.

Business ContextTaking AI-powered nuclear medicine to market

Nuclivision develops AI-powered software for nuclear medicine, helping clinicians reduce PET/CT scan reporting times while lowering the amount of radioactive tracer required for imaging.

As the business entered a critical go-to-market phase, it set out to establish commercial leadership across key European markets and build the foundations for future regional growth.

The Market ChallengeCommercialising innovation in a highly specialist market

Commercial leadership in nuclear medicine is exceptionally difficult to find.
~
Success required individuals who understood both the clinical environment and the commercialisation of specialist medical imaging software. The market is significantly smaller than broader radiology AI, creating a limited pool of leaders with the right combination of technical knowledge, clinical credibility, and commercial experience.

The first appointments also needed to establish the regional leadership from which future local teams could be built.

Our ApproachTurning trusted relationships into regional capability

The partnership began through an existing relationship. Having previously worked successfully with Wenham Carter, Nuclivision’s newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer asked us to support the company’s European commercial build-out.

Working closely with the leadership team, we delivered the retained programme across three strategic markets, appointing regional commercial leaders for DACH, Italy, and Iberia.

Each appointment was selected not only for immediate market expertise but for the ability to establish and grow regional commercial teams as Nuclivision’s European presence expands.

Business OutcomeA stronger platform for European expansion

The appointments established Nuclivision’s first commercial leadership team across Europe, providing the capability to introduce its AI platform into key healthcare markets at an important stage in the company’s development.

With experienced regional leaders now in place, the business is well positioned to expand its commercial footprint, support wider adoption of AI within nuclear medicine, and build local teams as demand continues to grow.

The success of the initial programme has laid the foundation for further commercial hiring as Nuclivision continues its international expansion.
