Chris has led and grown Wenham Carter’s Fintech practice for more than 14 years, helping establish one of the firm’s longest-standing specialist markets. During that time, he and his team have supported clients through significant change across payments, banking technology and financial services, building leadership teams for businesses operating wherever money moves.

Now operating in a broader strategic role across emerging financial technologies, Chris works with fintechs, financial institutions and technology businesses on strategic growth initiatives, helping them navigate the convergence of AI, fraud prevention, digital assets and next-generation banking infrastructure.

Alongside this, Chris continues to advise clients in fraud, risk and decision intelligence – an area in which he has built deep market expertise over more than a decade.
