Chris leads Wenham Carter’s work across Capital Markets & Financial Infrastructure, helping clients identify and secure the technology and commercial leaders shaping the future of financial markets.

With more than 14 years in executive search across financial technology, he works with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, financial institutions and technology businesses. His expertise spans the infrastructure behind increasingly automated markets, from trading platforms and market data to cloud, AI and distributed systems.

Based in New York and working internationally, Chris advises on senior appointments across technology, engineering, product and commercial leadership. Combining long-standing executive relationships with market mapping and talent intelligence, he helps clients understand where critical talent sits, how competitors are building and where the market is moving.
