Imogen leads Wenham Carter’s Capital Markets & Treasury practice and supports executive search assignments across the wider Banking, Fintech and Payments markets. She works with clients on senior and executive-level hiring, helping build leadership and commercial teams across a range of growth stages.

Her dual role gives her a deep understanding of capital markets and treasury talent, alongside a broader view of the adjacent banking, payments and financial technology landscape. This enables her to identify talent from both specialist and connected markets, helping clients access individuals with the experience and perspective needed to support their growth.
