Speakers
Dharmesh Mistry has spent more than 30 years at the forefront of banking technology and innovation, working across both Tier 1 banks and high-growth fintech ventures. Throughout his career, he has helped shape multiple waves of digital transformation in financial services — from early internet and mobile banking to today’s AI-driven and embedded finance ecosystems.
He launched the world’s first online insurance e-commerce platform in 1997 and helped deliver the UK’s first mobile banking app in 1999.
A serial entrepreneur and technology leader, Dharmesh co-founded a no-code web and mobile platform for financial services, later acquired by Temenos in 2012. As Chief Digital Officer at Temenos, he led the company’s global digital banking strategy.
More recently, he founded proptech startup AskHomey and continues to invest in and mentor fintech and proptech businesses. Known for his candid perspectives on AI, digital banking, and financial innovation, Dharmesh brings both deep industry experience and a builder’s mindset to conversations about the future of banking.
Chris Gallimore is an executive headhunter in the fraud, risk & decisioning space. He partners with revenue leaders and boards as they scale go-to-market teams across North America and globally.
Most of his time is spent in conversation with CROs, VPs of Sales, and Heads of Revenue comparing notes on how the market is evolving, where growth is coming from, and how revenue leadership roles are changing as companies mature. Sometimes those conversations turn into searches. More often, they’re simply about sharing perspective: compensation trends, org design, hiring patterns, career timing, or what “good” looks like at different stages.
His goal is to be a trusted resource in the network – someone revenue leaders can speak to candidly when thinking about growth, team structure, or their own next chapter.
