Though simply calling her a recruiter is a bit limiting for the service she provides, since she acts more like a hub for generating important connections that I often didn’t know I needed until she brought them to me. Most importantly, Jess focuses on building relationships and being a partner in the process. She’s concerned with finding the right opportunities or the right candidates without trying to push an agenda or make a fast sale.
