Over time, we supported appointments across engineering, business development, marketing, and executive leadership, including the placement of the company’s Vice President of Marketing, who has since progressed to Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer while also leading the sales organisation.

Most recently, BlackSky retained Wenham Carter to appoint a Senior Director of Business Development focused on the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and US Space Force. The role had remained unfilled for several months due to its highly specialised requirements, including Top Secret SCI clearance, Washington DC location, and proven experience selling directly into both organisations. Through a targeted search, we identified and secured a leader with the precise commercial and defence credentials required.
