Stuart leads Orbit, Wenham Carter’s Space & Satellite practice, partnering with founders, scale-ups, established operators, and VC/PE investors to build executive, commercial, and technical leadership teams.

With more than a decade dedicated to executive search in the space sector, Stuart has delivered senior appointments across satellite manufacturing and software, Earth observation, communications, connectivity, launch, propulsion, in-orbit services, defence, and space exploration. He has led C-suite and board searches across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, supporting organisations from early-stage innovation through to global expansion.
