Sofia specialises in executive search across Fintech and Payments, supporting clients across the Americas. As Wenham Carter continues to expand its presence in Latin America, Sofia is helping to grow the firm’s network and market knowledge, supporting businesses to build commercial leadership teams across the region.

She works with high-growth fintechs, digital infrastructure businesses and established financial institutions on leadership hiring across sales, commercial, partnerships and revenue functions. Her experience spans payments, banking technology and digital financial services, helping clients identify the talent needed to support growth, expansion and market entry.

Before joining Wenham Carter, Sofia worked for an early-stage technology startup, where she led growth and stakeholder engagement initiatives and built a campus ambassador programme from the ground up. A UCLA graduate with a degree in Psychology, she is fluent in English and Spanish and brings a collaborative, people-first approach to clients operating across the Americas.
