Before moving into search, he spent nearly two decades leading high-performing sales teams, including as Head of Sales at Sezzle and VP of Business Development at Apexx Global, where he launched U.S. operations. Aaron’s commercial background gives him first-hand insight into the leadership challenges his clients face. He helps high-growth FinTech businesses build world-class teams across payments, embedded finance, crypto, and global acquiring.
