He began his Executive Search career in Automotive Software in 2018 and has since led practices across multiple verticals, including Autonomous Driving, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics. Since 2023, George has headed Wenham Carter’s Smart Grid and Energy Management Solutions practice, supporting clients to scale capability, accelerate innovation, and lead the transition to a more intelligent, sustainable energy future.
