BlueOval SK has inaugurated its state-of-the-art battery manufacturing plant in Kentucky, a key part of Ford and SK On’s $ multi-billion investment. The facility will produce high-capacity EV batteries, supporting Ford’s ambitious electrification goals.
As part of the launch, BlueOval SK has begun mass hiring across critical operational areas to scale production and drive efficiency.
Designed to lead the global shift to sustainable transportation, the plant aims to deliver high-capacity EV batteries, bolster energy efficiency, and create thousands of jobs, driving economic growth in the region.
