Bear Robotics has appointed Satoko as Director of Marketing at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth. Following a significant Series D funding round and investment from LG, the business is scaling its global presence as it evolves from a high-growth robotics company into a category leader in autonomous service and industrial automation.
Reporting directly to CEO John Ha, Satoko will lead Bear Robotics’ global marketing function, defining the company’s positioning around Physical AI, strengthening its market narrative, and building the marketing capability to support continued international growth.
Satoko joins with more than a decade of experience leading marketing and product marketing across some of the world’s most influential technology companies, including Google, Meta, Applied Intuition, and Helm.ai. Throughout her career, she has helped technology businesses translate complex engineering and AI innovation into compelling commercial propositions, supporting successful go-to-market strategies as organisations scale.
Wenham Carter partnered with Bear Robotics to identify a marketing leader capable of operating at the intersection of deep technology, commercial strategy, and category creation. Satoko’s experience made her a strong fit for a business defining the future of Physical AI and autonomous robotics.
As autonomous systems become increasingly embedded across hospitality, logistics, and industrial environments, the appointment strengthens Bear Robotics’ ability to shape the conversation around one of robotics’ fastest-moving markets while supporting its ambitions for continued global growth.
