AI-driven digital banking platform Backbase has appointed a VP, Global Services Strategy & Partner Delivery to strengthen alignment between product, commercial, services, and partner execution globally.
The role is focused on helping financial institutions move from AI ambition to production at scale, ensuring banks can operationalise AI capabilities across complex environments through coordinated delivery, strategic partnerships, and scalable services infrastructure.
