Autonomous subsea robotics company Nauticus Robotics has appointed Brian Allen as Chief Revenue Officer as the business expands its commercial presence across EMEA and scales adoption of its autonomy platform, Nauticus ToolKITT™.
Allen joins Nauticus following nearly a decade leading subsea robotics and AI company Beam, where he scaled the business from startup to an international operation with approximately 230 employees across the UK, US, and Europe. During his tenure, Beam built an $840 million sales pipeline and achieved significant growth before being acquired by Rosenxt.
In his new role, Allen will lead commercial strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, alongside global technology licensing initiatives. The appointment reflects Nauticus’ focus on translating growing demand for autonomous subsea technologies into long-term commercial growth.
Wenham Carter supported the appointment, identifying a leader with deep subsea robotics expertise, operational credibility, and a proven track record commercialising AI and autonomy technologies in complex offshore environments.
