Role Title: Executive Search Consultant (All Levels – Senior to Partner)
Location: Brooklyn, NYC (Hybrid: 3–5 days/week in office)

Summary:
You’ll lead retained search engagements for executive and go-to-market leadership roles across the FinTech, SaaS, and AI sectors. You’ll partner with founders, C-suite leaders, and investors to deliver outstanding outcomes, and contribute to the continued growth of our US business.

All levels – senior to partner

We’re seeking experienced executive search professionals to join our retained practice, specialising in VC and PE-backed businesses in Fintech, SaaS and AI. You’ll work closely with founders, CEOs and investor groups to identify and place C-suite and go-to-market leaders who can deliver results in high-growth environments.

This role suits someone who thrives on building client relationships, understands the investment landscape, and is motivated by delivering outstanding search outcomes under tight timelines.

Client Partnership & Business Development

• Build and maintain relationships with VC/PE portfolio companies and founders/CEOs
• Drive net-new business development
• Attend industry events to expand network and establish market presence
• Navigate investor timelines and expectations

Executive Search Delivery

• Lead retained searches for C-suite and VP-level positions
• Manage the full search cycle from briefing through to placement
• Oversee a dedicated delivery team (researchers and recruiters)
• Ensure quality and consistency across all engagements

Experience & Knowledge

• 5+ years in retained executive search (or senior contingent experience ready for a step up)
• Understanding of VC and PE-backed growth environments
• Strong record of client development and relationship building
• Experience in executive and GTM hiring across industries
