Starting his recruitment career in 2000, Michael has been leading high performance teams for over 15 years. He co-founded the Automotive and Mobility division and he is part of the Group’s leadership team. From his roots in Avionics, Defence and Aerospace, Michael has evolved into a global Search leader, focusing contract and permanent recruitment.

Michael and his team are always looking to stay ahead of the curve, anticipating the rapid and disruptive changes within the Automotive and Mobility sectors. They have built out a global network of the top performers in these areas and can count an enviable list of well-known Blue Chip Companies as well as the up and coming Start-Ups.
