Jonathan has over 10 years of senior level technology recruitment experience and has been an integral part of the Wenham Carter leadership team since 2010. Jonathan has previously specialised in Telecoms, TV and Satellite as it underwent significant digital transformation and disruption; he completed searches up to CEO level. In 2014 he founded Wenham Carter’s senior leadership practice – Lambda Partners and in 2018 it was re-integrated into Wenham Carter Group.  Today Jonathan concentrates on strategic business development for Wenham Carter – focusing on emerging areas such as mobility, geospatial analytics, battery tech and Power-to-X. Jonathan also leads Wenham Carter’s operations, back-office and is responsible for implementing company strategy and technology transformation.
