Lucy has over 20 years’ experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, and growth strategy. Lucy prides herself on creating business transformation by elevating people to their full potential; passionate about female leadership, and being a DI&E changemaker, Lucy also works with clients to create internal change. Lucy is also an experienced leader and ex-CEO, having taken a tech-enabled finance business though a US acquisition with 140 staff. As a result, she also works on finding the most talented people at executive, senior technical, and board level for Wenham Carter.
