VP Marketing and Sales
In one of UPC's subsidiary businesses a senior level executive is required to lead all sales and marketing activities for this operation. This role will be responsible for building sales channels in local markets and for delivering increased subscriber numbers over the coming years.
We are looking for senior level consumer Marketing and Sales individual with experience of the Eastern Europe market – preferably with specific experience in at least one of Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Romania. Entrepreneurial and hands-on, able to set the sales and marketing strategy and drive it through the whole process with internal and external sales partners– taking full responsibility for campaigns, sales figures, commission plans and achievement against target.
This individual must be business and profit focussed who understands the value of flexibility and compromise to maximise value targets set by senior management. (subscriber numbers, revenue, profitability reduction of bottom-line cost,). Experience of subscription based consumer services – particularly Mobile Telecoms, Fixed Telecoms and Pay-TV is essential.
