If we have approached you regarding a retained Search then we appreciate that you may not be actively looking for a move in the market and that we have caught your interest with one particular opportunity. In this case, we will ascertain the reasons why this is of interest to you, explore the factors that may be prompting you to look at a move and ensure that your career ambitions and the requirements of our clients are well matched and that this is a worthwhile opportunity for you to consider. Your Consultant will provide you with all the information you require and will be able to offer you a view on the market and how the opportunity presented to you may (or potentially may not!) be a good, progressive move for you to make.

If you are actively in the market for a move then we will work closely with you in identifying which companies in your sector would be suitable for you to consider. We will then devise a marketing plan as to how we can approach the right people in the right organisations in a discreet and professional manner to explore whether your background is directly relevant for any specific job openings or if a role can be created that will utilise your skills and experience to the business benefit of the client. We will only approach companies who you have approved and we will provide you with feedback from clients that we speak to on your behalf.
