Wenham Carter International has an in-house executive assessment service enabling you to profile and test new hires or existing team members.

Our executive assessment capability complements our executive search service in that once we have identified and attracted the right target candidates in the market, we can then work with you in ensuring that they demonstrate the right competencies, behaviours and cultural fit.

Our experienced occupational psychologist can recommend and devise appropriate evaluation tools including psychometric profiling, competency based interview frameworks and structured assessment centres, or we can work with any established assessment methods that you may currently have in place. We provide a full consultancy service including detailed reports which provides you with an all-round view on your shortlist of candidates.
